Not all phases of a project are equal so when it comes to staffing the most critical up front phases (Initiation & Planning), it makes sense to assign an expert resource to craft the Project Execution Package which will serve as the blueprint to guide your project through to a successful delivery - This activity is the domain of our Project Architect. After a transition period, a project manager will take over to ensure the project is expertly monitored and controlled - with access to our Project Architect as needed.
